After years of personal and professional experience, we founded Solid Ground to help individuals help make ends meet. There are times that you finish the budget and there just isn’t enough income there. At Solid Ground we work to help people provide for their family by learning and monetizing skillsets that add to their streams of income.

Our Onboarding Process
Explore Our Onboarding Process and Apprenticeship Program
Discovery Call
Schedule a 15 to 20 minute discovery call in order to determine fit, and identify if we can assist you in filling your current gaps.
Qualifying Interview
This step consists of further exploring if you are a fit for our program. We help you identify goals to pursue, talk about compensation in depth, and begin educating you in how to make the most of our program.
Gameplanning
Now that you have goals in place, we work with you to develop a step-by-step game plan in how to achieve them. This includes what daily and weekly actions to focus on so you know what to expect in order to achieve success.
Apprenticeship Program
If we have determined that you are a good fit we will enter you into our year long apprenticeship program. This complementary program is designed to help you achieve wholistic success by teaching you new skill sets to apply to key areas of life.
